This 2005 gathering began as a Bryant School alumni get-together. So the events started Friday with a tour of their old grade school for that group.

The second tour of the day took everyone through the public areas of the newly renovated Central. Apartments now occupy our old classrooms, but "The Statue" is still a popular gathering place.

The auditorium has been spruced up and is available to rent.
The class of 1972, the last one to graduate from these halls, left a poignant message at the back of the stage. It reads "Thanks for the Memories." |

The lunch crowd spread themselves around. These six stayed downtown for a foray onto Historic Fourth St. and our WWII era English pub, Sweet Fanny's.

And as many as two dozen of our classmates returned to an old haunt -- the Gables -- for their famous hot fudge sundaes

| After a day exploring the city, we gathered at Stryker's, the site of the old First Edition. Judy & Janice perused copies of "The Record" that someone brought for their entertainment. |

| On Sunday morning, a large group met for brunch at the Holiday Inn. Old friends from grade school through graduation, Ron Clark & Larry Atwood posed for us at their table. |

For those who stayed through Sunday, a few braved the evening heat for a nostalgic trip to the band concert at Grandview Park's Bandshell.
